In reality, traditional kuih are a cuisine that is very synonymous with the life of the Malay community since time immemorial. Although it is categorized as a side dish, it is a priority in family meals as a breakfast dish to afternoon tea as well as various public events such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri and feasts. Looking through the characteristics of traditional kuih, it was found that the ingredients used to make them are almost the same, only the method of processing is slightly different, resulting in it with various tastes and appearances.
