There is a traditional self-defence art of the Portuguese community in Melaka known as 'Orsang de Horns' but it is not possible to identify how the movements are and any equipment that is used. There are also old stories relating that there was a mighty Portuguese warrior known as San Duan. He was so strong that he could lift large stones with his bare hands.
As for traditional games, there are similarities with the games played by other local Melaka residents, such as 'koku pangah', 'piang' which is top-spinning, 'sengolah' which is kite-flying, ‘congkak’, 'buraku' ball, hanging ball, ‘genting’ ball, konda -kondi and others.
